Entrevista
We were well informed about the interview about a month ago. Since Cognizant was not listed in Bombay stock exchange we were unaware about the company. But we prepared real hard, collected the company profile etc.
The interview had three different sections
1. Aptitude test - Very simple and there is no sectional cutoff
2. Technical Interview - You might need some basic programming knowledge
3. HR interview - You can crack with proper communication and attitude
You will need to be prompt in answering and be honest.
Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
