The process began quickly after applying on the company website for an entry-level PV QC position. Next, I interviewed with the Hub Manager to discuss my academic background, experience, and motivation. They also clearly explained the role's responsibilities and benefits. ​Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Although I declined the offer for personal reasons, it was clear from the start that the team consists of great people to work with.
