I was told there would be 2–3 rounds. 1st round was technical — the interviewer asked questions on Python, SQL, and some Databricks topics. I answered everything, and he said there would be one more round with a tech + manager panel. After following up, I was surprised to get a rejection. No proper feedback, just a generic message. I gave my time, answered all questions, and still got no real reason. The interview was on Google Meet — maybe next time they should record it, so they don’t make random decisions.
