I have had 3 interviews: 1 HR screening, 1 technical, 1 with Hiring Manager. We all get along, and it was a pleasant conversation. I have received an offer, I have send an email renegotiating the renumeration. Given that I am a woman in tech, this is a normal process I go through with all companies. The usual responses are: OK; sorry we cannot offer this, but can we settle on this; or no, sorry we cannot offer this. However here, I have not only received zero answer for a week, I have followed up, and instead of an answer I was told that I need to now answer additional 3 questions in writing, regarding communication and working with the difficult coworkers. When I have asked what is the reason behind it, as I believed we are in the offer stage and the interviews have finished, I have received a response whether I have any concerns. I have answered the questions. And again I have heard no answer. I have checked the LinkedIn and noticed that the job advert has been reposted 2 weeks ago. At this stage I don't even want to waste anymore of my time or energy (considering this entire process is taking already 2 months). Any communication with the recruiter is being hosted on Whatsapp, not via emails. I have found this entire experience extremely unprofessional.
