Best part is to interview with CEO. You will be asked to do a presentation, and then you will get to meet many BU personnel. Because they could all be looking for something different, so it can be a bit hard to know what you are exactly interviewing for. But the people and atmosphere are in general very good.

3 very long interviews. It took them 3 months to get back to me, didnt get the job at the end. The recruiter did not want to elaborate why. The interviews were relatively easy and pleasant.

I applied thru college posting and the process took 2 months. First a phone interview and then 2 more in person, people very friendly and no strange questions.
After the last interview, never heard again from them.
