There were three rounds of interview , started with telephonic discussion then face to face technical discussion with manager followed by the final round of HR discussion. Overall it was good and smooth.

During interview they asked me about the education qualification, about my past organizations and past projects. About the various technologies I have worked in my previous company. About my family background.
Total three round of interview. Two technical rounds followed by a HR discussion. Compensation is negotiated in HR round. They consider up to 12 years experienced only for technical roles.
