Several phone interviews with HR, CTO, Architects and GM. All really positive and conducted over teams with a final face to face meeting. Included being interviewed by people who would be reporting to me.

First telephone interview with the HR recruiter. Lovely conversation, at ease, felt comfortable from the beginning. Afterwards face-to-face interview with the same lady. It didn't really have the feels of an actual interview, she is a very nice person and it was a nice chat. She listened to my wishes and needs and talked about the different possible positions instead of pushing me towards one specific job.
