I submitted my HireVue video interview, which had pretty standard questions (Tell me about yourself, Why CIF, etc.). After that I got matched for an interview with a government partner.

First is the assessment that asks you questions related to whichever role you want to go for. (Software Engineering: Front-end, Back-end or Full stack). If you get past it, you're placed in a matching pool where they refer you to different companies to interview with. The interviews are mostly behavioral.
