I applied through their website and was contacted a week later to schedule an initial phone interview. On the day of the interview, I did not receive a call on the scheduled time; instead they called an hour later. The questions were based on previous, related experience and my desire to work with the company. I followed up twice with both a thank you email and asked for any updates on the hiring process, to which I received no reply. Sadly the recruiters/hiring manager seem to lack communication in this process as they also never updated me as promised.
