The interview process at Codeway consisted of three main stages. The first stage involved a data analysis case study to be conducted on BigQuery. This required calculating and interpreting key KPIs such as retention, revenue, and conversion rates, as well as visualizing and presenting the results on a Looker-style dashboard. The second stage was an HR interview where my motivation, past experience, and suitability for the position were evaluated. In the final stage, the case study I prepared was reviewed in detail during a technical interview with the Data Analytics Managers; I was evaluated based on my data-driven thinking approach, problem-solving skills, and perspective on product metrics. Overall, the process featured a comprehensive and holistic evaluation framework that assessed both technical competencies and business perspective.
