The first interview was really kind, pleasant and clear about the next steps, it was with an HR person. The issue came in the second interview was a Technical Test, it was really hard and I'm not talking about the knowledge you need to make it, I'm talking about the time to do it, they gave me 3 days. It's that kind of "test" that you will never do in "real labor life" in such a short time in a common job, usually this development would take 2-3 weeks to do. Apparently they don't care about your time (and that you have another job to work in). I think those tests are not respectful of the applicant time as they require significant time to complete. The test it's not good for testing your real skills, it's created only to find you bugs or things you didn't have enough time to do it the right way. They reject me after that test because "the Codelitt team has decided to move forward with another candidate"... So, why are you making me take a test that took me 3 days to give me the same response you can give with a 1 or 2 or 3 hour test. It was totally disrespectful with (my) the candidate time.
