This interview process consisted of a skills based assessment and then 6 interviews, around 30 minutes each. The skills based assessment was quick and very consistent with the everyday tasks you would be doing as a BDR. The first call was with the recruiter and then there was a call with the BDR Manager. After that, if you move on you will have a virtual on-site interview with an Account Executive, a Sales Director, and last the SVP of Sales. The last round is an interview with the founder himself. All in all, the interview process was seamless, they had a candidate guide that prepped you with all the information necessary to have a great interview. Everyone on the CodeSignal team was beyond welcoming and actively recognized that the interview process should be a two way street.
