I had a video interview with HR(?) followed by a phone interview with a technical manager. I was super impressed with the company and their culture and while I was disappointed that I wasn't offered a position I do believe it wouldn't have been the best fit for my skill set. The interview questions were thoughtful and they obviously know exactly what they're looking for.
