I was contacted by a recruiter to do a phone screen. It seemed to go very well - I was told I they would be scheduling interviews with the hiring manager shortly and that I would hear back either way the following week. Of course I didn't hear back and follow up attempts were ignored. Very unprofessional and kind of ruins the good image I had of this company previously.
