First round screening call with HR was standard and a very welcoming conversation; mostly behavioral questions about my experience.
Second round interview with the person who turned out to be my manager - questions were mostly situational revolving around how I'd handle certain aspects of the role. As a previous educator, I felt well equipped to answer these.
Third round AMA with CEO. I was young, so felt a little uneasy and unsure what to make of it. Looking back, and knowing the culture of the org, they legitimately just wanted to know how engaged I was and how they could help answer my questions.
