It was a quick interview where they asked very basic coding questions along with how I prefer to work. Also some interview questions about how much experience I have working with kids and my approach to teaching them.

How would you explain a beginner coding concept (ex. variables) to a child?
Online interview, the interviewer was nice and it went smoothly. They get back to you quickly and are very communicative about location, time, hours, and other things like work life balance and overall vibe at the workplace.

Fairly simple interview process with some basic questions about yourself and if you have experience working and or teaching kids. Done over a video call. I didnt have any experience but I think they still were willing to hire and train since job is hourly and basically teach K ages.
