First, Exam, you are given a problem you need to solve in 3hours max. Then, skype interview with the founder and its senior developer, just some background check and quick problem solving.

It's intricate and rigorous. They will ask about your experience and ask you to take their exams. You will also take the final interview. Touch base -> exam -> tech interview -> final interview
