The recruitment had 3 parts, which consisted of a questionnaire, an online interview and a competency test. After sending the questionnaire, I met the recruiter Dominika and the manager Vanda, where we met for an online interview. Subsequently, I completed a competence test, which included various situations and it was necessary to choose the best option. After that I just waited for the feedback.
