The hiring process lasted around one month from the application. I applied online through a recruiting agency on December 2010. In January 2011 I was invited to an interview with the recruiting agency. This interview was quite general and easy, they asked about my previous experience and my attitude towards customers. A couple of days after I was invited for the first interview on-site with the HR managers. I had to fill in psychometric and then a slightly more specific interview about the role. They gave me more information about the role and asked me question about my attitude in working under pressure and if I was confident in dealing with pressure and to give some examples to support my answer. Few day later I was contacted for the final interview with the Region Manager and the Area Head.

Processo di selezione efficace; dopo un primo contatto con un membro del team HR ho ricevuto via e-mail un quiz situazionale su vendite e customer care e in seguito ho avuto accesso al colloquio motivazionale e conoscitivo. Non ho proseguito con lo step successivo, cioè il colloquio con il manager locale, poiché il mansionario del ruolo non era allineato alle mie aspettative

Il processo di selezione è stato strutturato ed efficace: prima un test iniziale, poi una chiamata conoscitiva e infine un colloquio con l’area manager, comprensivo di role play e domande classiche.
