It was a scheduled interview and was one on one with the broker. The broker was polite and forthcoming with information about the company, fees and job details. The interview was under an hour and a position was offered a couple of days later.

He asked about previous sales experience. How knowledgeable I was about the business and was pleasant enough to fill in the gaps for me. Very thorough and personable.
