Later than the first step of evaluations I had the interview with a person that their English was not too clear. some comments was difficult to understand which calculations he wanted

Mathematic questions, calculate some mathematical operations
they sent me a test to take and then told me that I didn't meet the requirements. Which is fair. But then proceeded to say that they understand such exams are not always great indicators of performance and wish me luck? Reddit reviews are terrible

They sent a test to take with 3 day notice they were open to extending the deadline
The interview is comprised of multiple stages. These range from preliminary assessment and aptitude tests to more detailed exercises at their offices. It is not too complicated and can be easily managed with focus and determinantion.
