I received a phone call from their administrative assistant, who conducted a 10-minute phone interview. I must have passed this pre-test because they called me back in a day for an on-site interview. I arrived for the interview in a business suit. I was taken to a conference room and the manager soon joined me, wearing a t-shirt and shorts. I thought I was interviewing with Facebook for a moment. The questions were thoughtful and I felt that everything went well. I never heard from them again. I called and sent emails three times over 2 weeks to get either a response, or a rejection letter. Silence on the other end. I found that to be very unprofessional and I also believe they exhibited ageism.
