Incorrectly titled initial job announcement, contacted by administrator, interviewed by VP of Operations who suggested I apply for a different and higher position, interviewed by Manager, offered a different and better position, the second interview was fairly unnecessary and seemed a filler step to verify if the particular manager would get along with the new hire
