First Interview was with the head of design, she was very nice and we discussed my experience to date. Second interview was to be with two designers from the team I'd be working with. I was sent a detailed breakdown of how the interview would go which was really appreciated, but the interview ended up being pretty different from what I was expecting. Only one of the two designers was there, and I got the impression he knew very little about me and hadnt looked at my portfolio. I replied to their rejection email asking if they had any feedback that could help my future job search and have had no response.
