The interview process at Coalition was very thorough. I was able to meet a handful of individuals, both leadership and within the team, during the interview process. The questions during the interview process were all relevant to the job position and my prior experience. I felt that the thoroughness allowed both me and the company to ensure the role was a proper fit for my skillset.
