I applied through their website and was contacted several months later. I completed close to 4-5 interviews, which all went great. After 2 months worth of phone interviews plus attending an onsite interview. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later I did not receive the offer. HR was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Sadly, HR does not make the final hiring decision. I would have really preferred not to waste my time or their time after a 2-month hiring process without an offer. Overall, the Coalfire "Seattle Office" seems to only hire a certain age group and race of candidates.
