First interview was with a HR member which went for roughly 45 minutes. Standard questions from 'Tell us about your experience, what you know about Coach, mentoring and coaching a team'. Second interview a few days later with the National Sales Manager with almost the exact same questions. In between the second and third interview they asked to perform a SWOT analysis to perform on a store and present that in the third interview. Third interview was with the head of HR and yet again the same questions. The first two interviews were casual and down to earth, the third was cold and direct. Lacked any warmth.
