I interviewed with three people and spoke with the recruiter often durning the process. It had been a week since I heard anything after my last interview and I reached out to the recruiter who told me an offer letter was being drawn up. Later that day, I received an email apologizing and saying they decided to change the job description and go in a different direction. It was very unprofessional of the recruiter and really soured my opinion of the company.
