Entrevista
Three hour interview production line type process. Met briefly with recruiting manager, then individually with two other production managers and finally observed an associate during a side by side.
The managers were not consistent in their description of the position. The required performance goals didn't match. I questioned this and the manager became defensive.
One of the managers suggested I wasn't ready to return to the workforce after I revealed the reason for an employment gap. I was very offended.
One of the managers eluded to my age (borderline discrimination) by adding up the number of years I had been in the workforce. We were discussing the accomplishments of the company and its future. The comment was out of line.
The recruiting manager was fine. His job was to round up a group of people, give them an overview of the interview and answer questions. The two production managers are asking scripted questions. They were young and not very personable. They made it a point to let you know "I'm a manager". There was a certain cockiness there. I didn't get that impression from the recruiting manager. He came across as a nice guy. But not the other two.
I think CoStar is mainly looking for young college grads with little or no experience. Real shame not to take advantage of those mature workers with a ton of experience.

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

Entrevista
The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
