Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter shortly after that to set up a phone screening. The recruiter was very kind and professional, and since he had previously served in the position, he was able to give a lot of valuable, candid feedback. The next interview consisted of two different one-on-one interviews and a short observation. The interviews where what I expected-- behavioral questions and questions to determine company fit. They seemed most interested in knowing that I truly understood the position and the goals of the company. I think in the past some of their turnover has been due to new employees not knowing what they were signing up for, so it really seems like they are looking to correct this. I really liked the company and all of the staff that I met there, and had I not had an offer at a company that seemed like a slightly better fit for me, I would have certainly accepted.
