Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en CoStar Group (Toronto, ON) en ago 2016
Entrevista
I applied online. Within a week or so, I received an email from a recruiter calling to set up a phone interview. I had the phone interview and was told she would schedule the in-person interview as well as a callback for interview prep for the actual interview. The recruiter called back and prepared me adequately for the interview. She definitely did her job, and I was very prepared for the interview.
I get to the in-person interview and meet with an employee to shadow him and do a brief mock phone-call. He was a really nice guy, I felt that went fine. Then, I have a panel interview with a senior and the research manager. This is the part that left a bad taste in my mouth. The senior was a great guy, really made me feel comfortable but the research manager looked like she made up her mind way before I walked into the door. Upon glancing over my resume, I got the impression she had already decided she did not want to hire me. After asking a few questions, she said she had no more questions and I really felt as if I wasted my time. This company needs to do a *way better* job of communicating their expectations between HR and the staff at the office. It was absolutely ridiculous that I had to take a day off work to go to an interview where I had no chance of being hired when I spent two separate occasions prepping with the HR staff and she felt that I would be a good fit with the company.
The company needs to get their hiring process together. Why have someone shadow an employee for an hour, and then go through an interview if you know you're not going to hire them? I think the research manager at this location needs to be replaced. Every other person I met in that office was very helpful, the research manager seems to think you need 25 years of commercial real estate experience to work in a telemarketing job (this position).

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
