There's a 'video resume' you need to submit, and there are questions you need to answer. Codev will forward the video interview to the client, and when the client likes your first impression, you'll proceed to the next phase which is the client/ technical interview. If you pass that interview, you'll most likely proceed to the 3rd, which will be an interview with the Project Manager.
