WORST Interview Experience Process took more than 3weeks for no reason. They asked me to take a day off and come for an interview at XYZ date. I applied for the leave and a day before in an evening they told me that I have to give one online interview before coming there. After completing my online test they invited for second round which again took more than a week. There was 3 rounds - 1. Machine Round - It is actually an aptitude round designed by CoCubes itself, there was no question related to the technology. 2. Application development by consuming Api - Time frame was 45minutes. 3. Technical/Worst Round - It was supposed to technical round but interviewer was Android developer who just asked me Application flow. Side note - I used one of the popular architecture pattern and also focused on memory leaks but unfortunately interviewer was not a right person to judge a code snippet because of different technical background. In total, Interviewer tried to ask one Data Structure problem and he/she was not sure what is the question. Time frame was 7 minutes for the problem description + answer as per interviewer expectation. Before scheduling interview with CoCubes and before wasting your precious time. Ask below points straightaway from HR/Consultancy - 1. Number of rounds. 2. Call letter on an email with confirmed date. 3. Detail of Technical round. It is my request to HR and Management, kindly don't waste others time. It is not easy to took a day off and unpaid leave. If you really need a developer then sit together and first correct your strategy of hiring.

First they will share an online test.oncr you clear it they will share a F2F interview.My interview experience was very very bad.I cleared first test.and accordingly they shared me calendar invitation for f2f interview.On the day of interview they just cancelled my f2f and informed me that opening is on hold now..I even took leave from my office for this interview and later this happened.
