Recruiter conducted telephone interviews before putting me forward to a zoom interview with the shift manager. Recruiter called me back about two hours later to advise that manager liked what they had heard and would I like to accept the position.

Straight forward after an online assessment. Normally an informal chat with the manager at the beginning of the interview. Then the manager goes on to ask the interview questions. Lastly the manager talks about coop

The interview was in depth but overall a positive experience. There were questions about my experience in dealing with situations and examples of my previous work. The manager who interviewed me was professional and friendly.
questions asked, lasted around an hour e.g why co-op, hours, availability, skills. interviewer was friendly. quite easy to answer to be fair. they took a long time to get back with my rejection and i had to call them to find out which was a bit annoying
