There are a total of 4 to 5 rounds. Phone screening into video interview with manager/current BDCs/COO. They told me to prepare for a role play interview for the 2nd round then let me know that they dropped that portion entirely during that interview LOL! Management won't give you feedback if you did or didn't do well, be expected to get ghosted if you dont move on. Questions were absolutely no indication of how the job will actually be, just your standard behavioural/sales questions.

Thank you for sharing your experience in the interviewing of a BDC opportunity at Clutch. It is surprising to hear that you didn't receive a status update on your candidacy for the BDC role. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. This will certainly help us to improve.

Was very smooth and the booking process was easy through email. They are flexible in allowing you to select the times you are free rather than them giving you time slots to pick from.
Process is a tad longer but you speak with HR from phone and slowly meet people within the department. Final interview is with a more senior leader in the company to get to know you and talk informally as well as learn about your work experience.

Screening from HR (Taylor)
First Round with Manager/BDC
Second Round with COO/Founder
Took about a week and a half. They moved quickly and were open and transparent about the role and the expectations. A lot of great questions that tripped me up but allowed me to reflect and give honest answers.
Questions designed to learn more about work ethic and how I prioritize as it is a start up
