Once applying it only took 1 day for them to get back to me. Definitely a (RED FLAG) Might not be a company that has jobs but rather selling jobs.... Company did not reach out to me over the phone. They only sent out an email asking for me to call them. I took the time out to call just to see what I could find out. They picked up saying “Hello” with no professional greeting, other than that she was very nice. They wanted to know if I was free that same day to interview (RED FLAG). I set up an interview the next day. I need to say that I did my research before reaching out to them and most reviews on glassdoor, indeed and google all say the same thing. (Commission based door to door sales”. I asked over the phone specifically “was this position definitely salary as listed and not commission based?” REPLY “we have alot of different compensation platforms. What are you looking for.” I’M LOOKING FOR WHAT THE JOB IS LISTED AS... salary not commission. She was definitely running in circles with that question. (RED FLAG). So my interview was set but I continued my research before wasting gas, time and money. Workers as recent as 2 months say “commission based no matter what position.” Another calling it a “pyramid scheme”. ———————————————————————- All said and done, I didn’t end up going. Learn from others. It only takes a little research to know this is not a legitimate job. Yes they will pay, so go for it if you need money. But try and notice the red flags in your own process.
