If you’re shortlisted, you’d be asked to record a lesson you’re teaching, either Maths or English and a record another video describing about your background (education, job experience, passion etc).
Nice and smooth interview through two steps. The interviewer was very nice and polite, asked about my perspectives and goals. There was one recorded and a one on one interview.
