The interview process was very disorganized and lacked any real interview questions. The skill tester didn't even sure my skills were accurate for the task I would conduct. For example, I was a collegiate level swimmer and the interviewer gave me a swim test, but she did not test to see if I had coaching/teaching skills even though I would be conducting classes, clinics and teaching others to instruct.
