Rigorous but rewarding! 4 Steps:
1.) After application submission and review by the employer, I was contacted to take an IQ/Personality Test Set as well as complete an Auxiliary Interview with pre-recorded questions that I would have time to record back answers for.
2.) Then a Skype style 1-on-1 interview occurred with the Hiring Manager.
3.) Afterwards, I was passed onto the next section and asked to attend a group panel meeting on location in the office where I had prepared a 30 minute presentation on a relevant topic to the prompt provided.
4.)Finally I had one last Skype 1-on-1 with the Director of Launch & Education. Only a few days after that I received a phone offer.
