Had a phone interview and also went into the office for an interview with other employees. Had three rounds of meeting with people at the company who ran me through my resume, a grammar test, and general interview.

One thing they were very curious about was about how I knew that my efforts were good from my resume. They wanted specific evidence from projects and past jobs.
Phone interview was first and went very smoothly, learning more about the position, the company and talking about my resume/experience. After that, I had a zoom interview, which again was very pleasant and informative about the role.
