Entrevista
I interviewed with Clover Infotech for a Java Developer role (3.5 years experience), and the experience was quite frustrating due to lack of communication and clarity.
The initial technical round was good and relevant (Java, Spring Boot, microservices), and I cleared it. After that, there was no update for about a week. Eventually, a client round was scheduled as a face-to-face interview.
I cleared the client round as well, but immediately after that, I was unexpectedly asked to attend another round without any prior information. which was never communicated earlier.
After completing all rounds, there was no response from HR. Even after multiple follow-ups, calls were not answered and no update was shared.
The overall process felt unstructured and poorly coordinated. If expectations were clearly defined from the beginning and communication was handled better, this could have been a much better experience.
