- Intro about company with Recruiter - Phone screen with easy coding question - take home exercise (coding + system design) in preparation for next round 4hrs interview - 4 hour interview in various time slot. 1 hr with HR for cultural fit que 1 hr for coding exercise review + some question about adding more constraint/ use case on it 1 hr for system design review + some question about add review and adding more constraints. 1 hr with CTO, in which there is another live coding round I like the exercise and process. and I did finish all the coding question and handle many potential scalability concern. Yet they fail me with JUST one sentence "basic coding skill, we need developer with more advanced coding skill". I think it is not respectful to the time I spent on the interview and the completeness of the solution to all the living coding part and take home exercise.
