The hiring process took a long time, mainly due to some changes in the EA and management team (and understandable in this stage of rapid growth). However the recruiter kept me updated regularly and was transparent about the process, and available whenever I had questions. I found every interview interesting, informative, and in-depth. I met everyone who I would potentially be working with, either on a video call or in person. This made me feel that we got to know each other well, and I had plenty of time to get my questions answered and learn about the role and the company's goals. Everyone I met was genuinely passionate about helping to change healthcare and contribute towards meaningful work with a positive social impact. There is also a positive atmosphere in the workplace, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I was impressed by the Clover values, such as diversity & inclusion, open communication, and putting the Clover member needs first in all decision-making. There also seems to be a strong emphasis on mentoring, learning, and personal development, and I'm excited to learn and grow here.

Lengthy and thorough, you really get the sense that Clover wants to find the right fit for both themselves and the candidate. This was a five step process. There were two phone interviews, a "homework" assignment, and two days of in person interviews. Be prepared to be here for at least three hours each time.
