The HR consultant contacted me and discussed the work experience, domain, and skill set in detail to check the suitability. Then she shared the profile with the clover and I was short-listed. I was informed that there will be 4-5 rounds. First round - The interviewer asked about my projects, general product management, and some application-based question. The interview was good and I cleared it. and they asked for the second round on the same day. Second round - It was a good interview, Questions were about product-market fit questions regarding some of the products, my previous work experience, general expectation etc. I cleared this round. And next round was scheduled for next day. Third round - It was taked by UI-UX expert in which questions were related to UX, user flows, collaboration with design team etc. I cleared this round too. Fourth round - The questions were about general fintech trends in India, agile methods of development, the products on which I have worked, etc. It was a good interview and I was hoping for an offer. This time they did not give any feedback for a week. When I wrote an email about the feedback, they responded that my experience is not suitable for the position. Not sure, how they come to realize that my work experience is not appropriate at the last stage of the interview process while I shared my CV beforehand, and discussed with work with each interviewer. The entire exercise ran for about 20-25 days. It was a complete waste of time and effort.
