      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Clover (Sunnyvale, CA) en feb 2018

      Honestly when the candidate went out of the way to take time and attend about 6 hours of interview overall, performs well in the interview and at the end gets slapped with a reason for rejection that says the skills were not an exact match I can’t help but wonder if the hiring process at this company is out of whack. Well if you’re looking for an exact match for skillset you should stop the process at the stage of screening the resume. I’ve definitely seen lot of negative reviews on glassdoor about the interview experience and some reviews on how some candidates had an offer rescinded a few days later. The overall hiring process was painfully slow having had an initial conversation that started first week of october to having an onsite interview around mid of Feb. That’s around 5 months! I honestly think the company needs to get it’s hiring act together. I obviously have the duty to let other people know about my experience to help prospective candidates know what they’re about to get into. Lastly the recruiter could’ve called me instead of dropping me a cold email. I’ve interviewed with companies like Facebook and Lyft and had a much better experience. It shows why some companies chose to invest in the hiring process. Overall this left me with a bitter taste and I can’t see a reason why I would want to re-apply or to recommend this company to friend or colleague. I hope this review gives enough insight so that the company can change it’s hiring process.
