Entrevista
Had my first interview in October...the second in late December. Very little guidance from the recruiter, and each person I spoke to was came across as very bored to be talking to you.
I just checked and the job is no longer open..and that's fine but the communication was terrrible.. If they weren't intrested...then just say it.

Applied online. Team lead reached out. The interview was a good discussion and some question answers on my experience. Was given a take home assignment to be completed in a week’s time.
Everything in that assignment was new to me and I managed to finish most of it. Some of their questions were open ended so I chose the easiest solution.
Next round was with another solutions engineer.
That interviewers expectations were strange and felt like he had already made up his mind. Interviewer had years of experience in Cloudflare and he came out as arrogant to me. His expectations were that I should have reviewed my homework submission again! I already spent 2-3 days on it. Are you kidding me? He asked me why I chose a certain way of securing the access for the website. I told him the question is open ended so I chose the easiest way to answer it. I am not an expert on the platform and this is just a homework assignment! What are you expecting! Again felt like arrogance and ignorance.
Very poor interviewing skills.
IMO I ramped up so quickly and learnt so many things
that Cloudflare does from that assignment. That effort and quick learning curve should have been enough for them to give a decent feedback instead I got an automated email for rejection.
The take home assignment is honestly a waste of time if the company cannot give feedback on a candidate’s application.
No HR was involved throughout this process.
