Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn on a message that caught my eye and was for me not bulk messages like I normally get. Had a great call and it was clear what the purpose, vision, and impact for this role was. Was setup on a hiring Manager call two days after the screen and had a great call. I was told that there were two other really strong candidates that were at the same stage and that they wanted to move fast which again I appreciated. I met with the hiring team and had great conversations. Unfortunately they decided to not move forward with me which I was bummed about. The TA leader was very responsive and helpful with interview prep and what was going on in the process. He also gave me a phone call with the constructive feedback versus an email which I greatly appreciated. All in all I thought it was a strong interview process and professional experience and enjoyed meeting the everyone.
