The interview process at CloudSmiths was amazing, I felt at ease and very comfortable. I met with the Chief People Officer for a one-hour Google Meet call where I enjoyed hearing about the company and how I could add value. The second phase was a job spec, where I was able to be creative and write a job advert based on the role I received. I was also given a job spec to source 3 candidates. Once I completed that task I met with CEO and the Delivery Lead.
