The interview process was spread over one phone and one onsite interview. The phone interview was all about your resume, experience and technologies used. In the onsite, it was more on the resume, projects, experience, and a few simple coding challenges. Overall a very positive and smooth interview experience.

It's waste of time giving interview there. Interview was taken by Staff Engineer for me, he was busy with his slack messages during the interview. Interview was scheduled for one hour in which two problem solving questions were asked. I had coded and shown the output in o(n) time complexity and o(1) complexity with zero hints/help covering all edge cases. At the end of one hour, interviewer had asked one more question. I had explained the approach and didn't code which went for another 20 minutes after the scheduled time. PS: Verified my answers post interview in google and that's the best time and space complexity the question could be answered. Still I had got the reject, not sure how people of grade Staff Engineers could do like this.
