Very laid back and reasonable. A brief phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a half hour phone call with the hiring manager. After that went well, I went in in person and had a pair of hour long interviews with two interviewers each. No gotcha questions, very little whiteboarding, just talking about the company and the role and the fit.
